H.E.L.L.

Back in April of 2007, the world lost an incredible person who happened to be one of my best friends, in a bicycle accident.

H.E.L.L. (which stands for Helping Everyone Live Longer) is a non-profit incorporation dedicated to the promotion of bicycle safety. It was founded in the spring of 2007 in response to the untimely deaths of two Boston-area bicyclists: Gordon Riker, and Kelly Wallace. For the past 5 years they have been distributing free helmets and information on bicycle riding and safety in the Boston area.

H.E.L.L. will be be putting on two shows this weekend at The Democracy Center to celebrate the release of a benefit compilation album that is being put out by Get Stoked! Records. So if you’re in the Boston are this weekend and you want to check out some great music while helping to support a great cause, make sure you head on down to one or both shows!

RIP Gordon, we love you and miss you.
